CAN CARDONA is a typical country house of Ibiza with about 15.000 square meters of land. It is located in "Sa Creu de Magres", in Puig d'en Valls, within Santa Eulàlia del Río municipality. The villa is also 20 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes away from the Ibiza city by car.
The decoration of the villa has been carefully chosen by us, and it gives the villa a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Ancient objects predominate in the villa. The living room is spacious. It has a chimeny, air conditioned, a 55" TV, DVD with movies available and Xbox with some games to play. All the house has WIFI connection. The dinning room is also spacious and warm. The crystal table stands out because it was made with an ancient country tool. There are also original paintings on the walls.
The villa has five bedrooms. Three bedrooms with queen size beds and two bedrooms with two single beds.
The villa has four bathrooms, one in suite. All bathrooms have a shower and a hair dryer. The kitchen has basic dinner service, glasses, a set of kitchenware and cuttery. It also has a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a beater, a toaster, a juicer, a water heater, a coffee maker and a Nespresso.
The villa has a pleasant porch divided in two areas: one for eating and another with sofas so you can relax with your family or friends in the summer island's warm afeternoons while you contemplate all the garden.
Down some stairs there is the barbacue area. There is a stone round table and it is surrounded by rose bushes. Around the barbacue area the villa has a 800 square meters garden, divided in different levels and atmospheres, with several flowers and plants, a pond and the childre's area.
The swimming pool is rectangular, with roman ends steps, and it is 4 meters x 9.5 meters big. Its depth goes from 1 meter to 1.9 meters. There are wooden hammocks with towels and umbrellas. Right next to it there is a ping-pong table and a pool table.
Behind the villa there is a game area for playing football, hockey, darts and lawn bowling. There is also a sport area for playing football and also basketball. The 50 square meter car parking is also behind the house.
The villa has a cleaning service. Every three days there is a general cleaning, with the exception of the kitchen, and change of towels. The bedsheets are changed once per week.
